RynVPN Is Commited To Safegaurd Your Privacy

Our policy lasts 3 days. You are eligible for a refund if it has been less than 3 days since the activation or start of the subscription for our product . It must also be in the original packaging. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

It is better to have your purchase Order Number / Reference Number at hand so that Support can quickly locate your account. Refunds for purchases not made through our website (online resellers, real-world resellers, and so on) are not handled by us directly and you will need to contact the respective reseller to clarify.

If users are billed as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store (iTunes), they do not have access to the 3-day RynVPN-Money Back Guarantee. Instead, users can request a refund through the App Store, which is issued at the sole discretion of Apple Support.

Refunds beyond the 3-day purchase window will be considered, at the sole discretion of RynVPN, if a Subscriber can demonstrate that the Service was not available or was unusable during the subscription period and that reasonable number of attempts were made to contact RynVPN to resolve the issue. In this case, RynVPN may provide the Subscriber with a pro-rata refund of the service fees paid during the period when the Service was not available or was not usable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
